“Before working with Rachel, our on-demand trainings were piecemealed together and were not user friendly. During our first meeting, Rachel was warm and understanding, and really helped me to understand the possibilities of redesigning our elearning.

The work that she has done recreating our courses has taken a huge load of work off of our staff. Without her expertise, these projects would have cost our agency time that we don’t have to spare. The courses she has developed are very user friendly and work seamlessly for learners within our existing LMS.

I was pleasantly surprised at how cost effective Rachel’s services are and how easy she is to work with. She made everything so easy to understand, that I never walked away wondering what she meant by something. Even more astounding was the interest that she took in our cause. She really took the time to understand the language we use in our field, which made writing and editing the courses with her a piece of cake.”

“What has always stuck out for me is the degree to which Rachel is highly competent in the three most important aspects of our work: proficiency with using multimedia tools; the understanding of content and attention to screen copy and scripts; and a design eye for layout, typography, and color. Literally everyone I have ever worked with has strengths in one or two of these areas, but never all three. The software skills are the most expected but I have worked with people who if asked to build a slide -- even from a template -- will make terrible font and color choices; all layout work needs to be provided. Rachel also takes the time to understand our content enough to spot mistakes and inconsistencies. Most developers are very apt to “copy

and paste” the content that is provided to them and don’t review it for clarity and accuracy. I don’t know how many times that Rachel noticed mistakes that even our content team didn’t. With a small staff and not enough QA, it’s crucial that everyone in the production team is quality-conscious. Another aspect of this is that I don’t think in our many years and dozens of projects working together I’ve ever needed to “regression test” anything Rachel has done. I can’t think of one instance where in fixing or changing one thing Rachel broke something else -- this is incredibly rare.”

“I was trying to figure out how to best create my module in a way that would reflect the information and interactivity that I wanted. Rachel actively listened to understand the content, the ideas I had, and provided ideas on how to blend my ideas with design/learning theory. I was able to stick as close as possible to my timeline, as well as the vision I had in mind.

What surprised me most about the experience was the ease of the process, especially in getting feedback incorporated.”

“We needed to take a live course to an elearning format, and my agency had worked with kaiser kreativ previously and had a great experience and product.

I was surprised at how easy it was to complete the whole project. Rachel understood our needs for the project itself and our budget. Logistically, Rachel was great to work with as well, laying out a project timeline that was easy to navigate and kept us on time and even ahead of schedule. Thank you for making this project enjoyable!”
